Change is essential in all human beings to improve and make our lives easier. As a former teacher, I have been changing how we educate our students through different technologies such as word, excel, and PowerPoint. This change has not been easy because I have had to educate myself to use technology. For this reason, I hope to learn more about digital learning.
The educational system gives us the guidelines, topics in itself, everything needed to teach students. What a teacher decides how to approach the topics to teach this is what I think makes the difference. It is essential to train teachers in the new digital age to use it mainly as a teaching tool in the classroom.
Disruptive innovation is improving something already on the market with better quality and cheaper, making it accessible to more people. Disruptive innovation as a catalyst for change in education would help improve ever-changing technology and benefit the economy.
Currently, technology plays a significant role in student learning. Technology helps students have a more pleasant stay in the learning process. What are some opportunities for innovation in your organization? I have observed that letters and mathematics are given greater importance in school. Values and learning should be more connected to daily life to achieve knowledge for life.
