Honestly, I had never thought about time management and engagement management. When I read Dr. H's article Moving from Time Management to Engagement Management, a question came to my mind: what am I doing? I paid attention for a week to answer this question, and I began to observe and point out what I am doing. I realized that the first thing I do is give my children priority, prioritizing what they need for lunch. I get up every day at 5:30 am to cook the food they will eat at school, clean clothes, clean bedrooms, and everything they need. After I finish my responsibility with the children, there is the cleaning of the house and the last thing with the Master. I began to modify my strategy and what I have started to do is first the children. I do the Master's homework and clean the house in my free time between the tasks because if I leave the assignment for a while, and when I return, my mind is ready to reflect, and the brain also needs to rest. In conclusion, we need time to work but time to relax is essential.
